LightBoxJournal was founded by artist Stacy Tonozzi, a mixed media artist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stacy has always considered herself as being a Utah native. She was raised in Utah in the mid-eastern part and has spent most of her life in this beautiful state. She loved the scenery of Utah so much, that her parents at last bought her the first camera when she was only 8 years old. From that moment on Stacy has had to fuel a fire that continues to sparkle in her creative photography, alternative contemporary art and mixed media. Her desire, inspiration and passion for photography have connected her to artwork in a way that can not be explained in words. She can only show to her viewers through the lens of her camera, how she sees and feels about the world that she lives in today.

Stacy has a strong educational background in fine art and photography. She holds a Bachelors degree in Science and three Associate of Science degrees. She has also had endless amounts of art classes and workshops that she has attended. Her educational background has allowed her to explore her creativity and master alternative printmaking and photographic processing. The purpose of her art is to take the viewer to a setting that’s multidimensional, which excites the mind with diversity and adventure. She works full time creating decorative images that are sold across the globe for home decor products. The artist works with artist agent art licensing producing awe-inspiring and professional art.
