Misha Lenn Wall Art

Misha Lenn (Born 1962) is an award-winning internationally acclaimed artist who has developed a very distinctive style of watercolor painting. The vibrant energy of Toulouse Lautrec, the elegance and grace of Degas, the complex patterns of Klimt, the romantic verve of Renoir, and the technical command of Monet has been his primary influences. Their influence in his works has been recognized by many as he combines dazzling watercolor with elegant brush strokes. Impressionism permeates Lenn’s work. While studying music at a very early age, Lenn found that he had an inclination to draw. He decided to switch and has not looked back since. His musical interest still manifests itself in the jazz piano he plays in his spare time, and also appears in his art in the form of musical scores collaged into his paintings; an element that has become his artistic trademark. Lenn received a Masters degree from the Academy of Art and Design in St. Petersburg, Russia.

He has had several solo exhibitions and his watercolor paintings can be found in museum and private collections in Monaco, Russia, the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Sweden, Israel and Spain. He has won numerous awards for his watercolors and logo designs. Lenn is active in supporting a variety of charitable causes and often donates his works for fundraising events and auctions. In the midst of all of his successes, he still finds the time to teach. His partial list of clients includes Godiva Chocolatier, Calvin Klein, Harvard University, DKNY, Boston Ballet, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Westminster Kennel Club, Time Magazine.
